Based on their great reviews we contacted Xcellent Xteriors for pressure washing, sanding, and sealing our large driveway and our pool lanai area pavers. Very quick to respond and send estimator out. Estimate came in quickly with detailed, line item costs. Their pricing is not the cheapest but reasonable. I received several estimates. Scheduling was simple, Justin and JT arrived early, helped move remaining furniture, and went right to work. It was a big job and they finished in two days. The pavers look fantastic, almost new again. The sand is locked in tight with sealer and walking on them even feels better on bare feet. Highly recommend, and we will be using again for future exterior projects.

I hired Xcellent Xteriors to clean the structural gutters on my lanai and they did a wonderful job!My house has a very steep roof. The gutter is located between the lanai and my house so the only way to access the gutter for cleaning is to physically stand on my roof. I have had 3 other gutter cleaning companies turn down the job because of the steepness of the roof. Louis from Xcellent Xteriors arrived on time and prepared to work. He inspected the gutter and roof from ground level and quickly determined the safest way to perform the job. Cleaning the 65 feet of gutter and two downspouts was completed and the muck and leaves were collected for disposal. Louis then cleaned off the area around my pool using my hose along with the patio area next to the lanai. Throughout the cleaning process, Louis was conscientious and professional. I highly recommend Xcellent Xteriors for your gutter cleaning and will be using them again the next time my gutter gets clogged.

And he got the job done very quickly for being alone.My back screened in patio half covered half birdcage was so dirty and covered in algae in some spots I was grossed out. I did not take any photos because it was an area of the home I avoided. Used to keep my curtains closed to avoid seeing it.He cleaned it up. And now I am sitting here with the sliding glass doors open. Enjoying the weather! No smells of dirt mildew algae. Just peaceful sounds of birds. We even had a great conversation upon meeting.
